Shielded Metal Arc Welding Services

We offer shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), sheet metal arc welding, or manual metal arc welding, for structural and high-stress industrial applications that require welds that can withstand heavy weights and stress. These include trusses, structural metal products, tanks and production equipment. Shielded metal arc welding uses continuous-fed consumable electrodes with alternating current, and is used for automated and semi-automated welding processes. It is versatile and simple to use. Manual arc welding is used for ductile iron, carbon steel, steel alloys and stainless steel. NDE testing is conducted for each project to ensure the quality of the welds, and the finished product.
