Tech Fab provides advanced natural gas liquid separation and recovery solutions, including high-quality demethanizer towers. By means of controlled heating and cooling, our demethanizer tower fabrication services provide maximum separation efficiency of wet NGL gas and higher recovery rates of valuable hydrocarbon components. Methane-rich residue gas leaves the overhead, while heavier hydrocarbons, such as ethane, butane, propane, and pentane, are separated by sequential fractionation and then recompressed before entering the residue-gas pipeline for further downstream processing or sale.
