Jacketed Pressure Vessel Manufacturer

Tech Fab is an ASME Code Facility and ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of a variety of durable and long-lasting jacketed pressure vessels, including conventional jackets, half-pipe coil jackets, and dimpled jackets. Our jacketed tanks provide reliable and optimal heat transfer and temperature control of its contents by the effective and efficient circulation of fluid that either heats or cools the container. We account for a wide range of design requirements when designing our modular jacketed pressure vessels, including internal and external PSI, temperature range, material, size and capacity, and all other ASME safety rules and regulations. Our closed-loop design ensures the transfer fluid never mixes with the processed fluids in the container. Our jacketed vessels are precision designed and engineered from various grades of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, Inconel, Monel, titanium, Hastelloy, and other alloys.

As a self-performing EPFC company, we handle every aspect of a jacketed pressure vessel fabrication project. Tech Fab is your single-source provider for jacketed tanks that offers end‑to‑end services that supports all stages of engineering and fabrication, including welding, coating, treatments, and insulation. Each vessel we manufacture is rigorously inspected, tested, and stamped to ASME code.

Types of Jacketed Vessels We Manufacture

Each type of jacketed vessels offers different benefits and advantages to the overall pressure vessel performance and function. Tech Fab designs and delivers the following jacketed pressure vessels:

  • Conventional Jacketed Pressure Vessels – Suitable for smaller capacity vessels (up to 300 gallons) and high‑pressure applications in which the internal pressure is double the jacketed pressure. It is more suitable for circulating water and steam.
  • Half-Pipe Jacketed Pressure Vessels – Split or half pipes are welded to shell or head that provides improved heat transfer efficiency for high-pressure applications. Suitable for circulating water, steam, glycols, and hot oils.
  • Dimple Jacketed Pressure Vessels – Fabricated using thin sheets, this jacket type is suitable for high‑pressure applications that does not require an increase in jacket thickness to accommodate increased jacket pressure. It can be used to circulate water, hot oil, and steam.
