  • GMAW – P1 unlimited (mild carbon steel)
  • GMAW – P8 unlimited (stainless steel)

  • GTAW – P1 unlimited (mild carbon steel)
  • GTAW – P8 unlimited (stainless steel)
  • GTAW – P1/P8 unlimited (mild carbon steel to stainless steel)
  • GTAW – P8/P43 unlimited (stainless steel to nickel alloy)
  • GTAW – P44 unlimited (nickel alloy)
  • GTAW – P45 unlimited (nickel alloy)
  • GTAW – P23 unlimited (aluminum 6061)
  • GTAW – 1-625 unlimited (inconel 625)

  • FCAW – AWS D1.1 A-36 unlimited (mild carbon steel)
  • FCAW – AWS D1.1 A-514 unlimited (medium carbon steel)

  • ASME Section IX – 1-625 overlay on 4140 (inconel to high carbon steel)

Tech-Fab’s welders are AWS certified and all of our welding services meet the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Section VIII Division 1 and ABS standards. Tech-Fab has the ability to qualify for almost any weld certification, in addition to having the ability to weld Titanium. We also offer non-destructive testing as well as a destructive testing as an option. Tech-Fab’s welders are highly trained and expert in the following welding processes:
