Heavy Custom Fabrication

Tech-Fab has years of experience in all phases of custom  fabrication and assembly, including plate fabrication.  Custom fabrication of plates and plate components is a routine manufacturing process here at Tech-Fab – using sheets as thin as 28 gauge (AWG), to plate as thick as 8” or more.  Some of the metal sheet and plates we use for custom plate fabrication include:

As part of our extensive in-house equipment capabilities, Tech-Fab has an MG Edgemaster CNC burning table with 2 oxy fuel heads, 1 hi-definition plasma head and a 10’ by 54’ burning table, along with many other pieces of primary and support machining equipment.  Tech-Fab has designed, fabricated and assembled custom plate fabrication components and assemblies for a wide range of industries in mild to corrosive and harsh environments, including:
